Reflect on your Design Thinking Process
- Empathize. How did you find information and understand the user? Did you dig deeper?
- Define the Problem. Did you record your user's needs and any insights you have on them? Did you write a needs statement? (User) needs (the need) so as to (insight/underlying problem).
- Ideate. How did you generate your ideas? Don't get stuck on one idea and capture anything. How did you encourage wild ideas and build on the ideas of others?
- Iterate. Make a prototype. Did you share it with your users and get feedback? How did you refine your solution? Was the user feedback positive or negative? At the end of the process, was your prototype something the user could interact with?
- Evolve. Describe what happened in the process. What were you feeling during the process? Analyze the experience and conclude what else you could have done. If the problem arose again, what would you do?
